Michael Varney continued our “Jesus is Lord” series by looking at another of the reasons why people reject the good news of Jesus. – what he did (using Isaiah 53: 4-6). Michael reminded us that the reason for the season is Jesus; without Jesus, we can never be good enough in the presence of a holy God. Jesus takes our place paying the price for where we fall short so that we may find peace, the fullness of shalom, in a restored relationship with God.
