Following Jesus is a journey of discipleship, our lives present us with three ways to grow closer to Christ; troubles that come when we are emotionally low or experiences that turn our world upside down, temptation from the devil and trespasses against us by other people. Troubles teach us to trust God, temptation teaches us to obey God and trespasses teach us to forgive in the way that we have been forgiven.
