Baptism service at Urqhart's Bluff, December 2008

Anglesea Baptist is a friendly, family church that welcomes visitors. We live in a magnificent part of God’s creation, along Victoria’s Great Ocean Road. Our worship service is at 10.45am on Sundays at Anglesea Uniting Church, Murch Crescent, Anglesea.

Anglesea Baptist Church recognises that the church exists for the care and encouragement of all people. We want to value each person as God's beloved and desire to work under the guidance of the Holy Spirit that all may reach their full potential in life, in relationship with God through Jesus Christ. The church desires to be able to live in the World with Justice, Hope and Love by sharing in God’s reconciliation to all people.

Bible Gateway's Verse of the Day
  • Matthew 5:43-45
“[Love for Enemies] "You have heard that it was said, 'Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.”
